DOMESTIC ORDER 

There is real combine shipping. We will combine unlimited quantity item per checkout for same delivery address.

WEST MALAYSIA : RM 7 / PARCEL SHIPMENT

EAST MALAYSIA  : RM 11 / PARCEL SHIPMENT

We're dedicated to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. Generally from the time you place an order, we will try our best to send your order out within 1-3 business day according your shipment address in order placed. We will consolidate all domestic Malaysia orders and ship them out together same day for all orders payment before 12PM Or after that will be shipped out the next business day.  Tracking number will be issued once your parcel is shipped. However please do allow additional time during holiday or specific circumstance  =)

 

Re-delivery fees  will be applied  if the result non-delivery and return to us  due to incorrect address/incomplete address. 


PARCEL/ ITEMS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL ??


We guarantee that all products shipped will reach customer in its goods condition as possible. In case of damaged parcel upon arrival, ECENTURY99 will take Full Responsibility and compensate you with a new shipment Or other action alternative.

WRONG SHIPMENT ? 

We will provide 2 way free return within 7 working day. 

If we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days with photo verification and deliver back to us within 7 days 

Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit

PARCEL NOT YET REACH ?? 


If your parcel does not arrive after 3-5 working days from shipped out

1) Please Check your letter box and a notice might be left at your letter box to inform you that your parcel is ready to be collected at your nearest courier-service provider ; OR

2) you check the status of your parcel for confirmation OR

3) you can call to Inquire status with parcel tracking number provided by us.

We are not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date.

We are not responsible for any delay result from postal service provider

WARRANTY RETURN

FREE One Way Warranty Return Whole Malaysia  Within Warranty Period. We do not reimburse customer return shipment for warranty purpose . 


INTERNATIONAL ORDER

International shipping is via  REGISTERED AIR PARCEL / POSLAJU / EMS (Express Mail Services). Any taxed for custom clearance may occurred which is under buyer responsibilities

* REGISTERED AIR PARCEL comparatively cheaper and take longer delivery day. ( 7 -21 Working Day )
