1. General

The products and services available through E Century IT Enterprise Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. Customers are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Customers should check website regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. We will not be liable if for any reason E Century IT Enterprise Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

 2. Accuracy (Pricing and Availability Information) of Product/Service

We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on Website are accurate, however human errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which customer has ordered, we will inform customer as soon as possible and give customer the option of reconfirm order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact customer within 5 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If customer cancel with have already paid for the goods, customer will receive full refund. 

3. Placing Order

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.-Warrant that all data provided by customer is accurate. We are not responsible for customer's neglect.

We do not accept returns for reasons of colour deviation 

4. Payment

Please give the right and exact amount for the ordered. We will enclose the gift for extra amount paid for Cash Deposit (Domestic Order Only).

Upon receiving customer order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment to ensure   sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

5. Delivery

Goods will not be dispatched until authorization payment check has been completed.

We aim for availability good to be dispatched within next 2 working days after payment received under authorization check For Domestic Order. International Order will be taking up to 3- 5 working days possible for dispatch 

Customer can check status of parcel according the track no we have provided.

Dispatch times may vary as delivery times are limited and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

The actual reach day needs depending on custom clearance each countries and buyer are responsible for taxes if any

6. Returns & Exchange

Goods sold are not returnable, not exchangeable and not refundable unless the item is defective upon arrival.

We will fully responsible if the product damaged on arrival due to delivery, please kindly contact us within 24 hours from the time of package arriving with photo verification. Any report after 24 hours shall not be entertains.

If we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 3 days with photo verification and deliver back to us within 7 days 

Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit
