Refund and Returns Policy

If you encounter any issues with your order at www.ecentury.com.my / E Century IT Enterprise, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return/replacement/warranty policies below. 

1. Refund Policy

  • All sales are considered final. No refunds or change-of-mind requests are permitted under any circumstances.
  • A full refund is applicable only if the product is out of stock or there is a shortage in stock supply. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

 

2. Physical Damaged (Due of Logistic – Courier) Policy

Eligibility:

  • All products are dispatched from our end with proper and adequate protection. 
  • All products /Custom PC sent are insured with the courier company, and report must be made to us at myecentury@gmail.com or
    Ms. Cindy Thian (60)16-2689971 with photo and video proof within 24 hours of receiving for any physical damage. We may request supporting document time by time accordance the courier company for any damage claim.
  • Delay in informing courier company will not be eligible for any claim.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility:

  • Returns and replacements are only valid for the following reasons:
    1. The product(s) is manufactured defective or dead on arrival (DOA). Customers must report this within 7 days of receiving the parcel with photo/video evidence. Returned product(s) must be in their original condition and packaging or in packaging that provides adequate protection.
    2. The product(s) received differs from what was ordered. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product(s). The returned product(s) must be in their original (new/sealed) condition as delivered.

Conditions:

  • All sealed items must not be opened. If the seal is opened, please refer to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information for assistance.
  • The product(s) must be returned to the address specified by E Century IT Enterprise or the brand principal. Contact us for more information.
  • We will cover all shipping (courier) charges for sending and returning product(s) if we send the wrong product or a defective product reported within 7 days of receiving the parcel with photo/video evidence

 

Exclusions:

  • We do not take any responsible on any losses or physical damage caused by third-party incidents (e.g., logistics) during returning transit to us. 

Return & Warranty (RMA) Policy

General Terms:

  • All warranty policies align with the terms and conditions of the respective brand principal or suppliers.
  • Any replacement product will carry the remainder of the original warranty period of the returned unit.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply if:

  1. The product was not used in accordance with accompanying instructions.
  2. The product was not used for its intended function or environment.
  3. The product has been modified, repaired, or intentionally opened by any party other than us or the brand principal.
  4. The defects or damages were caused by:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidents, misuse, or abuse
    • Abnormal conditions or improper storage
    • Exposure to moisture, dampness, or corrosive environments
    • Improper installation or incorrect voltage application
    • Food or liquid spillage, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Shipping Costs:

  • We will cover one-way shipping courier charges during the whole warranty period for returning the product to the customer, except TP-Link products & laptops only for first year.
  • For defective items like TP-Link products, and laptops sent after the first year of the warranty period, customers are responsible for shipping costs (both to us/brand vendor and back to the customer) for exchanges or warranty purposes.

5. Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refunds, returns, replacement and warranty claims.
  • We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time without prior notice.
